No WCG Baltic in 2011, but 2012 looks promising

WCG - World Cyber GamesFor a couple of years Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) do not have WCG (World Cyber Games) qualifiers which would give players of these countries a chance to fight for their ticket to WCG Grand finals. There were many reasons why National Qualifiers would not take place.

This year BalticGamers.com were doing a friendly push to make WCG 2011 happen, especially for the RTS games: StarCraft II and LoL (League of Legends). Friendly Baltic SC2 match (LT vs LV vs EE)

Baltic StatesBefore launching first serious SC2 tournament (still awaiting Blizzard’s approval for SC2 Baltic Cup) we decided to organize a quick Friendly Baltic SC2 match – LT vs LV vs EE.
